CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens and schedules can change. To help keep things fair for all clients and to respect everyone’s time, please note the following: -Notice Requirement: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. -Late Rescheduling or Cancellation: Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time may be subject to a 50% of service fee. -No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the full service fee will apply. -Exceptions: I know emergencies happen — if something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. I’m always happy to discuss individual situations.
